Definitions
“We,” “our,” and “us” refer to The Ubud Gallery. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order through this site. -
Ordering Process

By clicking “Checkout” you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.

We email an order-confirmation; acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the item(s) and send a shipping-confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, if stock is unavailable, payment is declined, or fraud is suspected.

Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Rupiah, tax inclusive. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes of the destination country. -
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time you place the order. -
Cancellation & Returns

No Cancellations Once Order Is Placed
All purchases are final. Because each artwork is reserved, prepared, or produced specifically for you, we do not accept order cancellations after checkout. -
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, size, or color perception differences. Please read product details carefully before purchasing. -
Statutory Rights Unaffected
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction. -
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged, follow the steps in Delivery Terms § 6 within 48 hours. Valid damage claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this site. We do not store full payment-card details. -
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Jakarta (PN Jakarta Selatan).

We ship worldwide except where prohibited by law or carrier restrictions. -
Processing Time

In-stock prints: dispatch within 3 business days.

Originals or made-to-order pieces: dispatch within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders include free worldwide standard shipping. -
Risk of Loss & Insurance
Title and risk pass to you upon our hand-off to the carrier. For high-value originals we automatically insure the shipment at our expense. -
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our control. All import duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. -
Damaged or Lost Goods
Inspect packages on delivery. If an item arrives damaged:-
Photograph the packaging and artwork immediately.

Email us at info@theubudgallery.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. For lost shipments we follow the carrier’s investigation procedure before issuing compensation.
